  • Check Accounting
    Call 82201 then press key 1 and enter serial No (customer card)
    check user account or you can check on line using our members section defined by "Users Login" at the top of our web site
  • Disconnection
    Check that some programs don't disconnect the line automatically.
    Check to see if there is noise on your telephone line.
    Decrease modem speed to 56k.
    Put "p" before connection number
    Check that there isn't a mobile near your computer.
    Try to connect using another one of our access numbers.  The list is at the top of this FAQ.
  • What do I do if i feel that the site filtered is filtered incorrectly?
    Click submit button in the bottom of the filtering web page that appears.
    You can also mail us via webmaster@parsonline.net  to let us know of such a site
